As active members of the community, the staff at Nurse Cadillac know the hardships and difficulties the last year has created—but we also know just how resilient the residents of Whitby are. That’s why we’re attempting to safely offer every service we can, from vehicle sales to vehicle service, in order to keep our friends and family going. From enhanced cleaning procedures to appointment-based sales and contactless service, our team is doing everything in our power to provide a friendly and safe atmosphere for our clients. So while our cafe and lounge aren’t currently operational, we’re still proud to provide parts, service, and vehicles for the members of the Durham community.

Contactless Service

With our Contactless Service, you can simply drop your vehicle off to have it serviced:

  • Book your appointment online or by calling us at (905) 668-4044 ext. 610
  • Pull up to the service reception doors
  • A member of our team will come outside to take your keys, while sanitizing the driver area and key fobs
  • Your service advisor will perform a vehicle walk-around while preparing your repair order
  • We will then contact you via your preferred method with any updates to the status of your vehicle
  • You can pay online, at which point you can arrange for contactless pick-up

We can also arrange for vehicle drop-offs outside of our business hours. We have an envelope drop-off system you will find just outside of our Express Lube Lane entrance. Simply fill out the necessary information on the outside of the envelope, park your vehicle, put your keys inside, deposit them into the dropbox, and an advisor will reach out to you during our business hours.

We also offer a local pick-up and drop-off service when requested. Simply contact us at (905) 668-4044 ext. 610 to learn more. Unfortunately, our lounge and shuttle services are not open at this time.
